Junior Linkster Tour Stops at Bonaire
MARKHAM, ON (May 29, 2009) – The Canadian Junior Golf Association’s (CJGA) Ontario Junior Linkster tour will continue this weekend with the US Kids World Championship Team Canada East Qualifier at Bonaire Golf Club in Coldwater, Ont. This tournament is the only US Kids World qualifier run by the CJGA meaning that all kids who make the team will be playing this weekend.
The tee-time block is from 9:00 am – 11:30 am. This weekend the juniors will be playing on the Park and Island courses at Bonaire. Once all the rounds are completed, a prize ceremony will follow with an appearance by none other than Merv the Caddy.
Sunday’s weather is forecasted to have isolated showers, and a high of 15°C and cloudy, so make sure to pack the appropriate rain gear for your round. Good luck this weekend, and check back after the tournament for a full tournament recap.
